WED 2nd Speaker Evening at The Old Dr Butler's Head. Guest Speaker: Stewart McKinney, Irish ex-Rugby International star. Stewart played for Dungannon and London-Irish, and in 1974 played for the British Lions in their tour of South Africa. Should be a great night. Book-in early as limited spaces (25max).

Eclesiastical drag for charidee folks - its the Nun Fun Run. 
Following the success of last year’s event, Sister Act have joined forces once more with Barnardo’s to bring you the Nun Run 2010! On Sunday May 2nd join the crowds of nuns who will pound the streets of London once more to raise money for Barnardo's. The run will start on Potters Fields on the South Bank and will pass historic landmarks such as Tower Bridge, The Tower of London and St. Pauls before crossing the river and returning past Millennium Bridge and Tate Modern. Start time is 10 am with registration from 8.30am. A fantastic bank holiday event for all the family with Fit for a Princess back to lead 'The Big Warm-up'. For a taster of the fun to come, check out the photos and video footage of last year's event, which raised over £30,000 for Barnardo's and was the start of an annual gathering of sisters...in trainers!
