A bus trip from London overland to Dheli in India

In the 1960s the late Bobby Stirling took a bus trip from London to Dehli. Something that has not been possible for at least the past forty yrs. I will upload the pics as am able to. The first part covers the journey from London through Europe to Istanbul in Turkey.

How the channel was crossed back then. By Hovercraft. It must have been something as it took this trips coach on it.

Now we are in Istanbul in Turkey and the building behind the young ladies is St Sofias. Possibly a Christian church?
